“HEARD YA SAY” Single release show

9PM

Early Bird Tickets – $10

Saturday, September 6th, NSQ will be celebrating the release of their new single, “Heard Ya Say.” This single marks the start of a second chapter FOR No Stupid Questions as they gear up for the release of their new EP.

No Stupid Questions is ”backed by a wide range of influences, their sound intertwines classic Americana with modern fast-paced indie rock” – Off the Record Press

New York City-based “No Stupid Questions” makes music for the outsiders—the ones asking the so-called stupid questions. Their sound blends Indie Rock with Americana and Rock ‘n’ Roll, powering high-energy shows that’ve earned praise from parents’ Facebook pages to NYC’s sticky-floored venues, where they’ve headlined at The Bowery Ballroom, The Mercury Lounge, and Baby’s All Right. Press play, put down your phone, and let the show begin.

NSQ’s debut record takes you for a ride with moments of raw grit rock n’ roll on “You Can’t Stop the Rain” (akin to The Black Keys, or The Nude Party) before you’re hit with an electrifying pulse of high-energy indie on “Out On a Wire” (think Flipturn, The Moss). Things take a turn toward alt-country on “Shotgun,” laced with jam-band energy (maybe Zac Bryan meets Grateful Dead), and the ride closes out with introspective singer-songwriter moments on “All of Your Friends” (Medium Build, Dawes).
